Chelsea clock runs slow
WebJun 12, 2015 · Jun 9, 2015. #1. I have a 8 day Smiths mantel clock that was in storage for over year, now it runs about 8 min slow in a 24 hour period. The pendulum is adjusted all the way up with no room for adjustment. (it hasn't been cleaned or oiled as far as I know since it was new?)
