BUT, the cover has the shifter several inches farther forward (IIRC). Otherwise, the Tcase flange/shaft and bellhousing are identical. Alaska sucks. Don't move here. It snows in July. NV4500's iirc all have 32 spline outputshafts so you would need to get a 32 spline 205 transfercase.
